McNEILLY, Justice (for the majority). In this ejectment action defendants appeal from a Superior Court order granting judgment in favor of plaintiffs. Defendants
also have moved to remand the case to the Superior Court for the taking of additional evidence discovered after the appeal
was filed. There are three issues presented in this appeal, the first being the question of the proper interpretation of a
1941 deed found in plaintiffs' chain of title which delineates the property lines of the parties to this suit. The second
issue is the correct measure of damages suffered by plaintiffs as a result of defendants' alleged trespass. Finally is the
issue, raised by defendants' motion, of whether or not this case should be remanded for the taking of additional evidence.
For the reasons stated herein, we deny the motion for remand and affirm.
